I’m a mindfulness teacher and master certified life coach. I offer a range of evidence-based mindfulness programs, such as MBSR, Introducing Mindfulness, and Deeper Mindfulness, with emphasis on loving kindness, self compassion, and trauma sensitivity. My approach is grounded in both personal experience and professional training. I am passionate about supporting other people in meeting life’s challenges with clarity, grace, gratitude, and authenticity. I offer virtual and in person sessions. I feel privileged to walk alongside others as they discover their own path towards a more peaceful, resilient and wholehearted way of living.
